Talbert House - Carthage Flats
Carthage Flats is a 45 unit supportive housing property to be built at 7020 Vine Street. Construction on the project is slated to begin in mid-April 2024. Talbert House is developing the property with The Model Group. The property will provide much-needed infill development in the Carthage Neighborhood on a long-vacant lot / former automotive site. Construction should be complete by November 2025. Once open, Talbert House will offer tenants services and supports to ensure their success. Talbert House and the Carthage Civic League have entered into a Good Neighbor Agreement to memorialize a relationship in which Talbert House will be part of the community and available to address any concerns that may arise during the construction or operation of this new building.
